Part of the "Public Intervention" project series, a partnership between the Fleisher Art Memorial and the Southeast Philadelphia Collaborative.
Photographs created by teens at the Fleisher Art Memorial and United Communities, the Houston B-Boys, photographer Ryan Treitel, and the magic of long-exposure at Philadelphia's Magic Gardens.
Free and open to the public.
